3 Years of The Women's Ride
This October marks three years of the Ride Bristol Women’s Ride, and we reckon that deserves a bit of a celebration.
Since the rides started in 2023, they’ve become a regular fixture in Bristol’s mountain bike calendar, bringing women together for relaxed, social rides around Ashton Court, Leigh Woods and the surrounding trails.
So, for our Saturday 3rd October ride, we’re planning something a little bit special.
We’re not going to give too much away just yet, but there’s a bigger anniversary event in the works.

Come and ride with us
You don’t have to wait until October to get involved.
The Ride Bristol Women+ Ride takes place on the first Saturday of every month, meeting at Pedal Progression, Ashton Court at 9:15am.
The rides are friendly, social mountain bike rides around Bristol’s local trails. They’re a chance to meet other riders, discover some new trails and simply get out on the bike with a good group of people.
You’ll need a safe, working mountain bike, a helmet and enough off-road riding experience to comfortably get around Bristol’s trail network. The emphasis is very much on riding together and having a good time.
There’s no need to sign up and no charge to join. Just turn up ready to ride.
